In addition to Google Analytics 4, we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized behavioral metrics (click maps, scroll heatmaps, session replays). Clarity loads only after you grant consent for Analytics cookies, and is configured in Strict Masking mode — all text content is masked client-side before being transmitted to Microsoft, so personally identifiable information typed into forms is not captured.
